Squeaking noise when driving; sometimes triggered by turning steering wheel

Hello all, new member here and long time lurker. I've got a 2010 Honda Fit Base - bone stock. Recently have had some issues with a strange squeaking noise coming from the front driver's side of the car. It only happens when the car is moving at normal road speed, but doesn't vary a whole lot as I increase or decrease speed of the car- it either happens or doesn't.

Tonight I was driving and found that if the steering wheel is straight or to the right, no noise... but as soon as you turn it to the left and you're moving, it makes the noise. However, I also have driven the car where it happens when the steering is straight, so it seems inconsistent.

So far the only diagnostics I've done (live in a condo so it's hard to do much, but I can access a garage as needed) is taking off the front wheel and checking for anything loose - all was good. I am thinking it might be something related to power steering and/or suspension, but this car doesn't have hydraulic power steering and I'm not sure what the common failure or maintenance points for electric power steering systems are. Also, I'm not sure if I need to lubricate any points in the suspension as part of regular maintenance, but thinking this might be something to try - any advice on doing so?

Please feel free to suggest other common failure or maintenance points on this car that I might be missing, or any past experiences with this issue or similar. Thanks!

How many miles? Auto or Manual? Any wrecks in it;s past? Probably more questions but I'd like to know more.

90K miles. Auto. No wrecks that I'm aware of. Thanks in advance!

What are the first components I should be looking at that I can do myself without advanced knowledge? On past cars I've owned I've had to grease the suspension bushings periodically, does this car even have these, and/or is there any other frequent suspension maintenance that needs to be done? Thank you.

I don't think there's much you can do by way of maintenance, like adding grease and such. Much of it is straight up replacements when they present issues.

I just replaced the front sway bar end links on my Fit not too long ago because they were clunking on one side.

If you took the wheel off, I'm sure you would have noticed what I am about to suggest: did you notice any black grease splattered in the wheel well or on the steering components? The simplest thing and the first thing to check is that you don't have a cut/punctured CV boot (inner/outer).

Not exactly the same as your problem but i though i'd comment anyway. i just bought a 2008 Jazz (fit). And i had a harsh squeak coming from the front. Ended up being the dust cover i think it is, positioned behind the brake disks. It was warped so scratching on the surrounding area. Metal on metal - honestly thought i had a huge problem.
