Did you let the air out of their tires and 'adjust' all their sideview mirrors?
I also find dry erase markers are fun to write all over their car with in those situations.
You could get some fibreglass repair material and patch up the hole. Unfortunately I don't think the paint will look very good unless you get the whole bumper resprayed.

thats hate right there w/the f***ing ACCORD having to park so close to you." i will open his door to release the gas lock and put a lot of sand, mud, water, and sugar that will totaly destroy his/her ride and he/she didn't know it hehe" jk hope you could get that fix that or instead of fixing it, upgrade it w/full kit claim insurance to get that fix. i would btw just a thought but think about it full JDM conversion doesn't that sounds sweet MUGEN DYNOMITE kit w/dual mid muffler.
Whatever you do, avoid bondo as it will expand and contract at different temperatures. In the end, the paint and the bondo will sink in. Not a good look.
I would second the idea on fiberglass repairs. But honestly, for the price of fiberglass work and hours, I would suggest buying a whole new bumper and spraying that. It's about the same price (if not cheaper).

u COULD fiberglass but fiberglass doesn't stick to plastic bumpers unless u force it to and it won't turn out good at all. I would recommend taking it 2 a body shop and have them look at it. usually they can repair it w/o having to paint the entier thing again, even tho that would be the best solution.
I can't quite picture how big your "hole" is and how the bumper looks, but there is indeed hope for a DIY repair. My Fit rolled into another car and the rear bumper sustained damage in a couple of places. Some dents and major gouges into the black plastic under the paint.
After getting estimate for new bumper and respray, I decided to do my own repair on the bumper. Leveled the damaged areas by filling with Bondo glazing and spot putty. My Fit is Milano Red, and Dupi-color has touch up paint for that color since Honda used it in previous years on other models. Less than $10 at the auto parts store got me all the materials I needed.
The color match is very good. At distances of more than 5 feet, you can't even notice the repair. If you look closely you can of course see it. Although the first damage to a new car is always emotionally traumatic, my reasoning is that the bumpers will sustain minor dents and scratches over time anyhow from people parking, etc. If 5 years from now the bumper is in really bad shape, I'll have it replaced and repainted then. I would have been much more upset if the damage was on a side panel or hood, etc, where it would be more noticable and unexpected.
