Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum, community and to manual driving!!!!

My 07 fit sport sometimes can be a bit hard to push the shifter into gear. I pushed my clutch in all the way down but still sometimes has difficulty getting into gear. How can I fix it? or is it normal??

 

Is this difficulty when driving or stopped?




There is scheduled maintenance on the transmission fluid, should be replaced every 30K miles or so. Fresh fluid = smoother shifts.

Otherwise, check the clutch hydraulics.
