P0685 code . Bad ground or bad ecm ??

What's up, has anyone ever had the code before and been able to figure out the source of the problem . The code shows it's an open or short circuit or failed ecm . Any tips on how to troubleshoot this ??

I figured it out .

So it turns out the previous owner had ran a jumper from the fuel pump relay to the power windows. I bought the correct relay and the check engine light went away . Message me if you have any further questions
