Honda must really torque these stock body panels (hood) down!

Stripped the hell out of those 10mm bolts that the hood attaches to. Literally warped and even CHIPPED my impact bits!!!!!I ended up having to notch spaces to put a ​​​​​​ flat head impact on to take them out! do yourself a favor and invest in an impact driver and take them out the first time... and not the SECOND time after you strip the hell out of it.

in the very last picture below I replaced them with some aircraft grade 10mm bolt... trying to make tsure this DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN to me

That socket in the third photo is it a 6 point?

I actually screwed it all up using a 6 point socket that was already on its way out =( The one in the picture is a 12 point that I bought to replace the 6 point that i broke.
