VSA, Traction Control, TPMS, ABS lights lit

Took my Fit in to a 3rd party auto shop to replace a crossthreaded stud for free, they decided to replace the whole hub (they said it would be faster and cheaper for them). Midway through my battery had died (it was with them for a few days) and they said when they recharged it the lights in the title illuminated. I've disconnected the battery, jumped the OBD connections for the ABS fault, and kept pos/neg cables together off the battery to drain the car. I was wondering if the hub they installed or the abs sensor could have been damaged.

I know the answer is probably take it to your local Honda but the local dealerships around are very inflated (approximately $500-700 for a wheel stud replacement).
