Completely agree. Megan axel back is nice looking (if you paint the muffler black its stealthy) and NOT loud.

See my thread: Sleeper Exhaust

Any exhaust will sound good if you dont touch the cat.
I have a cat delete on my Fit; as well as a full exhaust. Its not loud but it is noticeable. A lot quieter than most Hondas.

The Megan does sound good. Heard it for the first time in person today. It was just the axle-back. My Netami TwinLoop was actually quieter though. Back when it was just an axle-back and nothing else was touched.

Not to get OT too much, but I would maybe think good and hard before getting a Megan header. Mx6GT89, remember this thread? https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...d-my-rant.html Maybe things are better now, but . . . Too many better choices out there than to do Megan for headers. Muffler though, most people seem satisfied with, with no issues.

Of course I remember that thread. Hahaaa! I did end up getting my money back, and I kept 2 headers. I threw them away.

It was just a certain batch of the headers. I happened to get like ALL of them but I wasnt the only one. I think they fixed the problem. I still wouldnt buy them.

Sorry, but it is just that awesome! Had it on since Friday, it sounds fantastic! The sound is super deep, but also very subtle. Zero raspy bumble bee noise, dosn't get too loud in the upper end.
