So far, i've heard of little to no information regarding upgrades available for our ECU. The Fit is obviously geared towards economy, so theres got to be some options to change the engine performance thru the ECU like you can with most any other car. What are our options, if any??

 

I have an Apex'i AFC Neo installed and functioning perfectly in my Fit. Only problem is that since I have stock exhaust I only gained about 2hp by tuning my mix to a 13.5 A/F ratio all the way through. I can't wait to ad an exhaust and see what the gains will be with and without the AFC's correction working.

Honestly, if you were to buy a Neo I'd say stay away unless you absolutely want to squeeze every pony. I have one because it was sponsored to me by a friend who sells them. If it were up to me I wouldn't buy one for the small gain you can attain with it.

I forgot where but with full I/H/E mods I've only seen gains of +6whp with an AFC added in the mix.

 

With the Neo or anything similar, it's best to get it dyno-tuned to squeeze every pony out that you can.

 

I did tune it at the dyno. And in the street with an Innovate Wide-Band.
