a "ricer" mod. runners definitly too long for a itb setup. looks nice but not functional. sounds like it has no power. could just be the cvt? idle's too high also.

The fabrication should not be a problem if you have access and knowledge of how to use a machine shop. Or if you have bukoo bucks . I agree that the tuning would be the difficult part. Does any one on here have any idea of what some itb's, good head work, and proper tuning would do for our little fitties? Im really curious about what putting that much time and money would result in besides lots of head aches and obscenities.
Headwork- Not enough material to work with to really even do a mild port, which is the major limiter on these motors.
Internals- You can get custom pistons made for a decent price. Rods are usually a little more expensive to get done. I haven't really checked to see if anyone actually has these parts already available, but I doubt it.
Cams- You can get custom ground cams pretty much anywhere
ITB's- Many different bike itb's would work
Tuning- There is a custom kpro harness for the fit, but I doubt you can get kraftwerks to come off it.

All in all, trying to do a serious all motor build with the l15 at this time is going to be a money pit. Better off just boosting it
