I did a search for LSDs and couldn't find what I was looking for. Does anyone know if a B-series (Type-R) LSD would fit in the transmission? I've seen JDM Fits with B-series engine swaps, but I just want the LSD. And I know OBX has one and so does AJ-R, but OBX's quality isn't all that great and the T1R is more expensive than even Quaife's. Quaife is stringing their distributors along, which is upsetting a lot of customers. If there's another solution, lemme know

If I can't get an answer, I'll just have to swap it in myself and see if it works.

That link didn't work for me, but they do in fact have one. You, sir, are a godsend Thank you. It's going in an 09 I wasn't entirely sure it'd Fit, but I didn't want to pay gobs and gobs of money if it didn't.

If that's for a GE8 then u may wanna talk with the guys at www.teammfactory.com, they made a gear type LSD for GD3 & I believe it's on special still. However u gotta email them & see if that will fit or if they have any plan for it.

 

why would an lsd made for a l15 in the gd3 fit not work in the l15a7 ge8? From what I have read the only difference between them has been the ge8's trans, has shorter gearing.

 

the transmission in the ge8 has changed gearing so it could have some problems but not sure. try contacting them. aj racing has the j's racing lsd too.
