no plug and play stand alone system yet....but if you know how to read schematics you can wire in just about any engine management system....other then that you have to run a piggy back system like the one from aem which is the only one that works correctly so far
and yes you could run the motec system or a fast system or a mega squirt or any of the above if you can wire it up
also jet offers custom programming to your specs of the stock ecu
