That's weird...yours really must be quirky. I've never had that happen. However, I've noticed that the power button is pretty easy to press. Mine isn't secured; I keep it in the little cubby below the fuses, and once in a while, when I put it back in there after turning it on, the power button gets pressed again.

I don't know how yours is set up, though.

@overheatedfit

Sounds bad. Try removing/reinstalling?

@Itsslow

Yes. I don't know by how much, but yes. Maybe 0.5-0.8 second, tops.

Hey Scratch&Dent, I finally figured out why my BLITZ was acting all Schizo! I found a loose connection on the motherboard. I was able to fix the problem by re-soldering the "hairline" cracks on the MB that were securing the "wiring harness connector."
If you are interested in reading about the whole ordeal, check out my thread:

Stuck in 4th gear...BLITZ TC?

The actual "fix" is discussed in posts #13 and #15

Thanks for posting here. I disassembled mine when I got it, just to see what's inside. (I mixed up the buttons the first time, too.) Good to know what might be waiting for me. I have had it make a weird high pitched sound once or twice, but nothing serious...yet.

Yeah, I have heard that "high pitched" sound several times as well. The first time I heard it, I thought it sounded like a small, high revving electric motor of some sort. I never figured out what caused it, but since re-soldering, the sound has not returned.
FYI, I believe the problem(s) all started when I accidently caught the display unit with my knee, and inadvertently pulled on the cord while exiting the car.

Yes, I was able to fix the problem by re-soldering some of the pins on the motherboard. Some of the connections had hairline fractures. I posted a thread at HondaFitForums:
Stuck in 4th gear...Blitz TC?
If you are interested, description of the fix starts at post #13, detailed photos are shown in post #15.
