I am new to this forum and i do custom fabrication work with metal. I have had a couple people ask me to weld their cracked turbo manifolds for the fit. Its a temporary fix because they have been cast. basically i would like to know if there is a market for a turbo manifold to be fabricated for the honda fit. I would do it tubular using schedule 40 steel. I also want to know if there is what size turbo is desired? the feedback would be appreciated. I have inquired about vendor status. just depends if it is something desired for fit drivers. I would aslo be able to provide i.c. and piping. so please let me know. thank you

i will take pics and show my step by step fab as i start all the way to the finish. hopefully i will be able to drum up more interest in the kit. i would be providing manifold, i.c., i.c. piping, bov, turbo, oil lines and downpipe. the d.p. will bolt up to stock catback. The parts will be able to be purchased separately or as a kit. The fuel and tuning will not b up to me. I like to stick to what i know how to do

 

all i need is the manifold and down pipe

would you just be interested in the manifold and d.p. only also or an entire kit? i have a mandrel bender and can bend steel and aluminum. so i could offer the i.c. piping also. i do understand that people like piecing together their own kits also. so if the way to go is just manifold and d.p. then thats what i will work on. thanks so far on the input.

Ok I know you are talking about turbo stuff only...

But how about a long tube header.. like say something like the J's Racing or the FEEL's header??

Tried to find a picture of the Header from FEELS but can't.. But I can get an idea from the J's Racing piece
