The honda civic eg's stock engine is only a 1.5l, even smaller in some variants, and yet swaping in a b18c or k20 is the trend nowadays. Isn't the eg a lightweight chassis?

Add me to the list. As long as it's reliable, not cutting, I'm in.

Our Fit is on the cover of Super Street's 10th Anniversary Issue currently in the newsstands. It has a full feature inside about the car. Our car does run after a lot of trial and error. We ran it one time on the track and did 13.2 @ 102mph at NHRA Las Vegas in high altitude and 110 degree heat. We had some issues w/ the axles but they have since been corrected. The car handles great and the K20 Fit is the way to go. We thought about the B and R series but doesn't seem like it's worth developing.

We used billet engine mounts that did not require any cutting. We may release the mount and swap kit depending on the interest of Fit owners in North America and overseas. Our mounts work w/ US and JDM spec Fits.

We built this car to promote the potential and raise the bar of the Fit (hope we get some recognition for this *cough* Honda of NA *cough*). We know that this car will be a hit in the US after seeing how popular it is overseas in Asia. You'll see 10 Fits (aka Jazz) before you see a Scion (Toyota) in Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, etc. We really hope that this car takes off here in the states and blow the Scions out of the water.

Here's some more info on the car:

I agree, I was looking into the reality of it and it wouldn't be as tuff as as the k20. Not a lot of torque, but good drivability and tunage. I would like to see more development in Fit turbo Kits.

Big congratulations on that car and that anniversary feature! An inspiration to all of us. Thanks for all of this R&D.

Sorry for the question, but comparing your engine palcement with ours it just appeared the differential might interfere with the EPS rack on left-hand drive cars.
