I dont know if its because its getting a lot colder now, but the A/T transmission seems to be very rough when shifting, especially during cold startup. It has been getting worse than before.

When is the recommended interval for the transmission fluid flush?

 

It really depends on how much you drive your car. But usually it is 25-30k.
