Nice. Something else to add to my wish list!

Also, as far as the exhaust goes, they discussed in this thread (https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/showthread.php?t=5297) that the issue with the HFP exhaust on the ATs was that it was too loud. Hmm.

The way the intake is surrounded by the interior of the splash guard, I think you have to intentionally drive into a deep water puddle for anything to happen.

Then what makes this any more different from AEM, IceMac, etc?

well splash guard or not...we can have some major rain here with some potential flooding...but there are areas that can have puddles real deep and that means sucking in the water and F**King the motor up

Thanks for the reply. How do the numbers compare for the model that fits the Civic?

The Fujita intake produced a 5whp increase on the dynojet.

Yeah, I would definately believe there is a 5whp gain. It definately feels more peppy than before.

Who has installed this intake? How hard was it to install? How long did it take? What are the steps involved in installing it? I may be interested in pickin one up if its not too much of a hassle.

I think I am the first person on this board with the Fujita intake. You can see some pics of it here https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/showthread.php?t=5362. The install really isn't that hard, the only think somewhat hard is having to cut a small section of the inner side plastic fenderwell allowing the filter to attach to the intake piping. Honestly though, the install is easy and the results are pretty good too.

no but i could get some this week when im changing out the bulbs. on the fit sport auto it rubbs right agents the fog light and the air bag sendor wirers. and there ant too much cutting of that rubber/plastic stuff. over all it took me 20-mins to install it with modification. granted that i have all most every tool u could think of. and the snap on razor knife works realy great to cut the rubber/plastic.

Awesome, #2 to have an intake on a USDM Fit!

It sucks that it didn't fit correctly on an automatic...and that's reason 1,020,304 why I will never drive an automatic.
