TD04 to GT25

Currently i using TD04 on L15A engine and i set 0.6 bar as max boost due to no mod on engine itself. My boost started 1900 RPM and 2300 RPM reached 0.6bar

I was wonder if i changed to Garrett GT25, will it better as GT25 is ball bearing.

Anyone here using GT25? what is your start boost @ RPM and 0.6 bar @ which RPM?

my mechanics told me not to bother wasting the money on a ball bearing turbo since we arent making a whole lot of power itwould be pointless so iwould stay wiyh the td04 plus you spool up fast enough as it is

If you ask me, a ball-bearing turbo is worth every penny. But in asking me, you're asking someone who hates throttle & turbo lag. A couple hundred dollars more for better throttle response? With what you're already investing in a good turbo setup, that's a small price to pay.
