Brown truck delivered red box.

So I got my injen sp intake today and got around to installing it sorry no pics at the moment. It was sort of a pain to install the hardest part getting the bottem intake flange into the rubber elbow. I did not remove the front bumper, instead I choose to jack up the front driverside remove wheel and fold the plastic fender well out of the way. Plenty of space to work with.

The only complain I have with injen is the kit was made to work with the base model, the filter rubs against the fog light assembly. I have the lower pipe as far as humanly possible shoved into that rubber elbow it still rubs. Now for the good stuff it makes noticeable gains aswell as audible above 3500rpm much louder than stock with hks hybrid filter that I was running.

Next mod to come header and a zex kit. Will post pics tommorow morning.

Idk about giving noticeable gains, don't think you pick up more then 2-3whp, still pretty cool. What I am really interested in seeing though is the zex kit. I dont know of any fits that have spray.

Yea maybe it's a placebo effect, sounds better than stock that is for sure. Throttle feels more "lively" at the low end.

Yea I plan on getting a zex kit in there, with purge, bottle heater, quick release brackets, remote bottle opener, and a preasure gauge.

There's an article on tunerzine? About a fit with a zex kit. On a 45 shot it made 133whp. Those zex modules are good up to 125-150 if my memory serves me. I'm sure the fit could hold up to a 75 shot, just need to find a way to pull the timing when I do use that amount. I'll have to research about the transmission being able to hold up to the task.

There are a lot of people with Turbo\Supercharged Fit's with near 180\200HP! But i would think a 75HP Shot would be a strain for the powertrain if it's not a progressive kit!

Marko!
