GD3 intake manifold advice

I'm currently running an 07 Fit sport M/T with headers, short ram intake, and an axel-back exhaust. I was thinking about adding on an intake manifold, and I was curious if anyone has installed one and had any advice. Mostly, is it worth the $500 price tag for the HP gains, and what other upgrades are suggested to make it work better. Any info would be appreciated.

Wouldn't it make more sense to complete the exhaust first?

I have used the K&N SRI (PN: 69 1016 1TS) with good results. I replaced that intake with the Injen CAI, as the SP1511P shipped with a CARB sticker (California has SMOG restrictions). Since you do not live in California, I might suggest one of the PRM intakes.
The PRM being the loudest, followed by the K&N, and the injen CAI. FYI, the BTW, the Injen can also be set up as an SRI, which can also produce a loud intake roar.
As for power for your dollar, consider the Hondata Flashpro. All of your efforts with bolt-ons will not be fully realized without the use of the Flashpro and a good tune.

Getting a flashpro and having it tuned will by far be a better investment rather than an intake manifold.

The Hondata FP was worth every penny. Just remember with all your bolt-ons the Fit is not running 100% since it needs to be tuned. If you add the intake you'll most likely not see the gains your expecting. But if you go with the Hondata it will impress you. Also go with a full exhaust before the IM. The IM should be the last bolt-on.
