Has anyone done or know of someone who has installed a low boost turbo setup without having to buy and install an EMS?

 

Just a suggestion, read up on "turbo-normalization" Its how many light aircraft are turbocharged, it essentially makes the engine think its always at sea-level, with only minor boost on high power. I've considered it for my jeep 4cyl because of the lower power level and the lack of a need for any/or at least little fancy controls.
