Debadge or Not?

Debadge or Not?
I'm debating on removing the "FIT" from the rear. Or should I leave it? Just want to be a little different and never was too fond of badges. My last car "honda del sol" I removed the H (front and back) and the del sol badge when I had the car painted...

I have been considering the same thing.
One of the reasons I haven't gone through with it yet is I don't want people to think it is a new civic.
I think if there were more on the road and everyone knew what they were I probably would be more inclined to do it. It would probably look really nice and clean without badges.

I didn't find it hard. I used hair dryer and dental floss. Heat up the badge.. and then use the dental floss and move it back and forward. I would recommend using fish line instead though, dental floss broke 3 times.

yeah that works..
i debadged it in the winter so i had to pull my car into the garage and heat the badge up with the hair dryer :P

Well, I went ahead and debadged my fit. Took some dental floss and came right off. For the left over gunk, got some googone and that came right off. Then I waxed that area and its as good as new now. :-)
Now, I want to take the "H" off ....... Thats a whole different story,... probably won't worry to much about that considering I would probably need to take it to a body shop.
