take the rear lip off and mount it to where the lip was

thats what i'm working on. Just need someone to cut a nice slit in the sheet so the tow hook can go through it. The metal is thin enough to where you'll be able to mount the rear lip still.

i go some cardboard from a local grocery store and i'm using that to mate things up right now and just use that as a template for later on.

Maybe I'll make a go at it haha. I've been needing an excuse to learn to weld

I did abandon it but changed my mind and forgot to change the post. I don't like giving up on things that seem pretty easy haha.

Anyway...I looked into your question about the swaybar already. I checked out the Progress RSB DIY thread and checked out the pictures and from the looks of it, there will be no clearance issues if I decide to go with a larger diffuser/under try combination. Right now i'm just going to mess with the diffuser since it will be the most difficult. Then I'll figure out where to mount a tray and where to mate it to the diffuser.
