How do you remove H emblem

How do you remove H emblem
I did a search and found nothing. Basically I want to remove the front and rear H emblem and want to see what is the best approach. Does the factory use 3m tape or are they held with clips/pins and or screw. Thanks

They are clipped on. Some here say pry off w/ screw driver by snapping the clip posts. I decided to remove the parts they're attached to. You'll snap the posts to get OEM off.

Ok not good then, basically they aren't meant to be taken off
