Cool Plastidip stickerbomb

I'm thinking about plastidipping my hood on my GE8 and then stickerbombing on top of the dip. Has anyone ever seen this done? I just want to be able to easily remove it if I don't like it.

i've Plastidipped a ton of stuff (wheels, fenders, mirrors, shift knobs, etc), your idea will actually work pretty well. Once you try it, post results because i'm half tempted to do it on the Civic.

Why light coats? This stuff is easier to get off the heavier you go.

I learned to lay down light coats but do 4-5 coat gives me the best results.

The stuff is super easy to use and I sprayed thick thick coats but ending up running.

How is Plastidip removed? I've seen a ton of videos showing it's application and how sturdy it is against washing/powerwashing/etc. Seems like it would be difficult to remove.

Haven't done it on the roof, but I did my lip to prevent rock chips and it works well. There's a vid of someone who did their roof on youtube and peeled it off.

I see it comes in different colors, I wonder what it would look like in red if I did around the fog lights for my milano red? Also I was wondering if you can paint over it to give it gloss look and if that would affect removal in the future?

A member here plastidiped their wheel and then clear coated it. Here's a link to it: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/2nd-...rt-wheels.html Here's another thread to read. Some mixed reports about Plastidip and clearcoat: http://g35driver.com/forums/g35-seda...lasti-dip.html

And also, I remember seeing a plastidip DIY color mix, to get infinite colour combo.

Thanks I though since the Plasti dip was the base coat that I could paint over it and remove.
