2010 Fuel filter.

I think my fuel filter needs changing. Car run hesitantly at take off. K209+ Miles. Except I don’t see an in-line filter that can be replaced. Is it integral with the fuel pump/ fuel sending unit? Tia.

I don't know about the fit specifically, but most modern cars only have the filter in the tank, which is replaced with the fuel pump assembly.
Modern fuel is fairly clean, so this usually isn't an issue.

I would look at other issues. Bad spark plugs, o2 sensor, and too many sensors to list.

Also a fuel pump / filter issue would show up at full throttle more than most other time.

Thanks for the reply. What transpired was the ground strap on the #4 plug had burned away but no misfire code was thrown til the service engine light started flashing. I suspect the plug was was being shorted out by oil leaking from a cracked valve cover gasket. You would think a code would be thrown but I was surprised it didn’t.
