Where to buy Fit?

Hi there,

i am looking for a gen 1 or gen 2 manual transmission fit with under 150K miles. All of them I find is rebuilt/salvaged.

Where are you guys finding clean ones?

I found one through a friend, 1 owner, base 08 manual, $7800.

I am willing to travel for the right car.

The same place everyone finds their cars. Craigslist, fb marketplace, offerup, ect.

Retirement homes are also a great place to find a well maintained Fit (or any car for that matter).
Worst place would probably be a highschool parking lot.

$12.5k for a 1st gen?? Wow. Times is tough.

'09-'10 (before VSS) is the sweet spot. I got my base 5MT for $6k w/ 58k miles 2 years ago and I thought that was steep.

Going by local markets, my 2016 EX with stick goes for 22-23k with it's current mileage.
We purchased it Oct 31, 2020 for 15k and I thought we overpaid.
