Hello! Noob here.

Hello my name is Chris ( InvalidUser) and a few months ago I bought a 2008 Honda fit sport 5 speed manual from the original owner for $400. He told me up front that it would probably need brakes And it still does need a windshield.

This is by far the best value car I've ever bought.
With gas prices the way they've been I was tired of filling up the Yukon so I thought I'd get a little commuter car and I'm glad I found this. It's got 250,000 mi some minor rust but it runs perfect.
After about a month one of the calipers locked up or seized most likely for me having to make an emergency stop. Both front brakes were in pretty bad shape. I decided to replace everything with the Power Stop Z23 kit. With powder coated calipers, new vented and slotted rotors and pads. I cannot say enough about how great of product this is. Obviously had no issues putting it on everything fit perfect. I did the recommended break-in procedure and the performance is amazing. It stops so good, that I'll come up on a stop so fast and breakly just to show off.

Now that the Power Stop review is over I want to thank you for having the site and I feel lucky that I found it I've already gained tremendous amount of knowledge for this car. I was actually amazed It had such a following. I'm very proud of my investment and after putting 6,000 miles on it it's already paid for itself including the new brakes, in just the amount of gas I've saved. I'll try to attach a couple of photos but I thought I just read in a sticky that I had to use a hosting site so I don't know if it'll work but again thank you.
