Is the engine losing oil? The 2010-2013 Fit Hybrid and 2009-2014 Insight hybrid used the same engine (LDA3). The 2012 Insight had an oil burning problem due to defective piston rings. It would not surprise me if that carried over to the Fit as well.
yes, oil burning every two weeks 400ml
Replacing the piston rings requires disassembling the engine block and honing the cylinders. Honing releases grit that requires a thorough cleaning to remove before reassembly. That means stripping the engine down to the bare block before honing and cleaning. All in all, it's a few wear parts (rod and crank bearings, engine seal kit, timing chain kit, maybe a valve job) shy of a complete engine rebuild. If you're on a budget, a salvage engine from a different year (only the 2012 year was affected AFAIK) would likely be cheaper. If you have the time and skills, doing the rebuild yourself might be cheaper, resulting in a fresh engine.

I'm in the US, so no.
Ask your dealer if there's been any recalls for the issue. If UK Honda is anything like the US, their pricing will be absurd. Don't let them talk you into a diagnostic fee or anything unless they're likely to cover the costs of the repair.
It's probably worth asking about the 2012 engine on InsightCentral.net.
