Question Nobody Can Tell Me Where...

Recently, I had to replace my 2007 1.3 Jazz CVT transmission with one from a like model. Only the transmission was replaced.
The transmission transplant went well and all is working brilliantly, except the speedo.
Originally the speedo read reasonably accurately. Now, post-transplant, it reads 10% low. As in, when GPS indicates 50 km/h the speedo reads 45 km/h; when GPS reads 100 km/h the speedo reads 90 km/h. The odometer also measures low by the same amount of 10%.
Having asked numerous people, including the local Honda dealer and Mr Google, nobody could tell me where or how the speed is picked up and determined on this model. They have never heard of this issue before. I have swapped a couple of sensors from the old to new trans, with no change. This included what is often called the CVT output sensor.
Is anyone able to assist with information on where the sensor or pickup for vehicle speed can be found so I can at least try swapping it out? Or, any suggestions on what else may have caused this issue? Thanks
