For our users, the Forum rules are simple. Please take note and follow them:

1) Please respect each other. No Personal Attacks on another member. This includes the use of profanity towards another user.

2) Do Not Harass another member.

3) No illegal activities allowed on this site.

4) No Adult or R-Rated content allowed.


For Companies that wish to Market Products on FitFreak.net:

1) Only Forum recognized Sponsors may market products on FitFreak.net. Sponsors will have "FIT Vendor" in their user title. Repeated blatant product marketing by companies that are not Forum Sponsors will have information (threads and/or posts) deleted and will face a permanent ban. No Exceptions. Contact us to become a Fit Freak Sponsor.

2) Anyone who markets products and is not a sponsor may not provide a link to any website that sells the item or offer to sell the item privately via PM or email.

3) For small merchants and individuals that wish to promote a single product or run a small group buy, please refer to this section of FitFreak.net: Buy Sell Trade, Product Market Research and Group Buys.

4) Rule Exceptions:
a) You may test market your product to gauge interest as long as you do not reference your eCommerce website. We have run into issues where the "gauging" of interest extends for a long period, and crosses the line between gauging interest and selling of the product. In these cases the threads are removed. We reserve the right to permanently ban the offending user. Once you become a vendor, then we can undelete the thread and place it back into the appropriate forum.
b) You may offer products for the good of the Fit Freak community. Such activities must be non-profit motivated. Past examples include the creation of stickers and t-shirts.

5) Breaking the above rules even ONCE will result in a permanent ban of your User Account and Company from FitFreak.net. No exceptions.


For our Vendors, please observer the following rules:

1) Help our community with news and information on your product offerings.

2) No price quotes or product listings on general forums. Providing MSRP is allowed, and responding to users' questions is encouraged. Product listings and price quotes should be handled in your sub-forum (Platinum Honda Fit Vendors), or in the Group Buys and Product Sales sub-forums.

3) No negative references to your fellow Vendors and respect their space.

4) Vendors that make it a habit to ignore payment of their invoices will be permanently banned. Your information will be sent to a collection agency. No exceptions.


Expiration of Group Buys and Product Listings in Buy/Sell/Trade, Product Market Research and Group Buys

1) Group Buys and Product Listings will be removed after approximately 30 days of inactivity.
2) Group Buys and Product Listings of former sponsors will be removed.
