Fit Owner To be-
Hey everyone,
I think i'll be getting a fit in a few weeks or so. Not 100% sure yet as I have to find the $$ and get rid of my old car first. Gonna miss it but .. let's not go into that.
Anyway, I have a ton of questions! and I guess this is the best place to get a foothold. I'm not a car junkie so things are so far over my head right now browsing through each section. Networking is my forte Anyway, if I do get my Fit I plan on modding it some. I plan to get shoes, head+fog lights, some light tinting, and maybe the body kit. Mostly aesthetic. I am worried about the transition in power because I'm coming from a 1990 LS400. However, I don't have the big money to do engine mods and whatnot. Maybe I'll do some lowering too.
So what is the best approach to learning? Should I post individual topics in each section or make a master thread with all my questions in a general area? Also, I live in the NYC area so if anyone can recommend me a good place with nice guys who can explain things to me it'd be great! I was always afraid that the hardcore car junkies would not be amiable to a noobie like me! Since I'd walk in and just be like, I want pretty and fast and I have no idea of how to do it haha
