Old guy... Pic below is my last ride.. and I loved her to death.. but arthritis got the best of me and the clutch caused too much pain.. wake up at 2:00am in agony..

Been driving old Jeep with manual tranny since holidays and clutch leg is fine.. (seating position and firmness of clutch)...

After she left.. wanted something.. being a Jeep guy.. a new 2 door JK (Wrangler).. checking boards.. major POS... nope...

Maybe a small pickup??? No one really makes one.. Frontier... checked of the 14251 for sale in the USA, only 23 were manuals and none even close... *sigh*

Ok... Craigslist... anything used with manual??? Nope... outside muscle cars...

So out comes Consumer Reports.. boils down to the Kia Soul (yuck!) and the Fit... waiting for a blue LX 6 speed to be transferred from another dealer..

Then this forum.. . Quality issues on new 3 gen in Mexico... NOOOOO!!!! but reading through all the threads.. think it'll be ok...

Plan is to beat the snot out of it and have fun... autocross the whole smear...

 

If you want to autocross it, buy the 2013 and older Fit.

They actually attempted to make it feel like the steering wheel is connected to the wheels.

My little Jellybean... it's cute... only put a couple dozen miles on it... glad I waited on a manual transmission EX... electronics package is pretty fun... Love the color..
