Dashboard dim after HID install Help

HI,

I just installed the Xenith Xenon Bi-xenon and I noticed that when I turn on my Headlights, the Dashboard and Radio backlight becomes very dim. Is this normal or did I connect the wire wrong. When I turn off the headlights the Dashboard lights are normal as if I had the stock bulbs are in. I know the Bi-xenon take alot of power, but is it to the point that is will dim the lights?

yes it's normal, try turning the knob on your gauges, someone must have lowered the brightness on your gauge set.

I dim mine to almost off most of the time, it distracts me, and I rather not know how fast I'm going most of the time, too much distraction.
