HID turn on
probably any one that has the option to turn on your regular headlights, because I think the ballasts are wired into the original 12v headlight circuit (someone correct me if i'm wrong). The HIDs also draw less current than the standart halogens, so I think you should be ok with any alarm that has an option to turn on your headlights.
Actually, come to think of it, unless the alarm had a bypass of the factory switch, it couldnt do that unless you had the car set up to turn the lights off with the ignition, and left the switch on.
Maybe someone else with a little bit more information can chime in here as to how this would be done? Hope I helped a little.

you should not turn the HIDs on while car is off. Let alone turn them on/off. This creates a huge drain on your battery and will kill it prematurely. Although HIDs run on lower wattage, they take an incredible amount of power to ignite the ballast/bulbs.
You dont want to run the risk of needing a jump.

300C has this option in their cars. You can turn on the HID when you use the keyless.
