HELP with hid install

ok so i got my hid kit today, and it is an hid low and halogen high type

i talked to the company (xenith xenons) before i ordered and they said that this way, it would be purly plug and play, no stealing power off the battery, no making grounds...

so it looks to me that D,E and F, go into A,B,C but which goes where for the fit? and then where does the abc connecter go?

G, and H go into the 1 and 2 connector but whats the order (the locking tab on the connector is up in the pic)

also where will the connector that is on the stock bulb go?

thanks

for the two black go on the side and the red go the top one....then the once you plug all that then your abc plug in to the stock plug...then the two pin looking plug go into the ballast not sure which but just play w/ it....i think red go 2 and black go 1....i think just try out i would kill the ballast...... also check out my DIY on installing the ballast

yeah, i wasn't sure if just "trying" different combinations would destroy anything

as for the 2 black wires, there is one spade "E" that has 2 black wires attached, and one spade that has 1 black wire, if anyone knows the exact location that would be good,
im looking to set this all up and have it work the first time.

A would be the position for the low beam power, which should be F.
C should be for the ground for the HID bulb and halogen high beam, which is E.
B should be for the power for the high beam, which would be D.
I'm not 100% sure on C & B though because I'm not sure which way the plug plugs into the stock wiring harness but take a look at the pic below to figure out. If it's the other way around just flip the connectors going to C & B.

As for 1 & 2, and G & H, it really depends on which side is positive and negative on the ballast (position 3). G (red wire) is positive, H (black wire) is negative.

The ABC connector will go to the stock plug.

For this pic, E would be the "Common", F would be "Low" and D would be "High"

I see I flipped the connector around. Well, whichever way the connector prongs stick out, just match it to that of the stock bulb in the pic I posted above. Basically the ABC/DEF connector/prongs is equivalent to the connector/prongs on the stock halogen bulb.

thanks for the help guys!

can anyone confirm the position on the G,H and 1,2
for this ballast, i dont know why the company would leave this up to you?, because its their ballast, they should know which termanal is pos and neg?

also i just though....will the bulb fit behind the thing that covers the bulb in the light housing.....dont know what to call it, you know what i mean? because the xenon is longer than a stock halogen?

also, do you guys have any suggestions on where to mount the ballasts?

Hey that looks correct. I have the same HID and I had to play around with the two black wires till i found out which one was what. Azncarbos helped me out too. It just takes some trial and error. Don't be afraid of messing anything up because it won't. When I was installing mine. My headlight would flicker and then shut off and make a weird sound when i didn't have the wires the correct way. Nothing got messed up cuz my HID are fine. Had them in for about 3-4 months.

for mounting the ballast there two, one way is clean set up, which require you remover the bumper which really easy....and the second way is where your bar strut bar would and there is 8 mm thread hole there on the side....

This picture is where you would mount the ballast if gong to do a clean set up

This picture, is where you see the strut bar would mount there hole there you can use the extra supply bolt you got from the kit to mount the ballast
