Do they burn the fog light housing at all? I've done a few REtroconversions with bixenons and would love to do it with the fit---but It is alot of work and voids your electrical warranty.

i have 3000k yellow from george at xenith, and i had to keep my yellow film on the fogs to make them look really yellow, not so yellow with out the film. but no heat problems, i thought hid runs cooler than halogen anyway.

They give off less heat as waste--however the bulb runs extremely hot anything really very close to it will burn.

Uhmm... aren't the fogs just H11's? If so... any H11 HID kit, etc should work.
