Wiring to ignition???

I'm planning to took up some J's Tai styled LED lights as my daytime running lights. Where do I tap them in so it lights up when I start the car?

Anyone that can help me?

Don't they come with on/off switch ?
That way you can still turn them off if you wanted/needed to.
Use the cigarette lighter. Only have 12v when key is in ignition or engine running.

so yeah, they are not actualy "the" J's racing Tai led.
I have to find some where to tap into at the front (engine bay) so cigarette lighter won't work for me.

Connect to the daylights (the yellow ones) follow the wiring up, making a nice splice with crimp tools, lots of electrical tape, and BAM you are done.

GJ.

To turn them on, just turn your headlights to daylight mode (first click) which doesn't turn on the main lights, just the little yellow lights, and you're done =D

This is how I wired my halos

appriciate your tip. I thought about this already. but if I wire them up like you said when I turn them on the taillights will be lit too I think and I don't want that.
I want them to turn on when I turn on my engine.

Anybody else?

really? hmm, that is awkward, then a switch would be your best bet. wire a relay to give some positive power from the "cig lighter" or any other source, and when you start up your car, hit the switch, it will turn on your 'daylights' and let you control when they go on and off when the car's ignition is in the on position.
