hid high beam problem

hid high beam problem

i have hid bulbs in my 07 fit, i don't have projectors of any sort, but after installing it, i can't use my high beam anymore just as i predicted it to be, how can i fix this problem?

it could be many things, most likely your dont have a hi/low (halogen high) or bi-xenon (moving bulb) kit. or if you do, then check your wiring

There are 3 types of 9003/HB HID kit.
  • Xenon HID kit (low beam only)
  • Low beam HID but high beam halagen
  • Bi-Xenon (low/high beams are HID)
I think yours is regular Xenon (low beam HID) only. You will lose high beam and DRL.

Yep unless u have to wire ur hids up to the battery or see two bulbs on the hids then u dont have either the bixenon or a high and low with halogen high beam bulbs. Ive had both kinds and the bixenon is the only way to go. Hope that our answers help.
