I tried switching the H4 pins lo to hi and it does the same thing.

All my pins were in the wrong place. I had to move the ground wire too. I'll try to find the pinout for you.

Thanks Thismightnotfit. Its very irritating trying every combo with the pins and plugs and nothing works. Well the hi beams stay on doesn't mean its functioning correctly. LOL. Worst comes to worst once I try your solution and it doesn't work it maybe a bad diode. Thats what I think is the problem cause the diode is suppose to regulate the power to the hi and it isn't now.
