I got a GE8 and the illumination bulb under my automatic shifter is out...so i can't see the gears....

anyone know how to change the bulb?

 

I believe you must take the center console out. Remove push-in pins from front near the gas pedal and passenger foot area. There is a screw in the drink holder in the very back, pull up the little felt cover. Pull out the drink holder/coin tray near the front I think there is a screw there. There is also a clip/pin under/near the e-brake. The shift knob and indicator letter thing stays on the car, only the console comes up. Not sure where the bulb is once you get that off.
