I asked him. He can, but works out to almost the same price as what this guy paid. Odds are the cost from Mexico would be lower than from Japan. Worse case I'll bite the bullet and get Ben to order me one.

My mom is going to call and find out the Mexico price today hopefully. She speaks espanol muy bueno, I'll ask her to find out bulk order prices too 
since I'm making a trip down to San Diego this week.

So I got the scoop from moms and it's not good.
This is in US dollars and there's a couple other prices she checked for me:
Armrest console $305
Door moldings $170
Rear spoiler $580
The parts department in Tijuana was surprised at the prices themselves and they would also have to order the parts to get in about a month. So my guess is they are importing them from elsewhere. Sorry guys, I'm bummed too. I guess I'll hold out till they bring them stateside.
