Armrest Stability?

Hi, Can you please explain if the armrest is stable without the screws? I myself have been looking around for an armrest for the fit but running into the stability/ removal problem as it intereferes with the "refresh" mode of the car. Having a big hunk of plastic in the way as your lying down is a problem. if this armrest can be removed easily, and is stable enough for normal use without causing undue annoyances and possible accidents then I will deeply consider purchasing.

thanks to anyone who can answer this for me,

Does the armrest keep things from sliding under the seats? My Accord wagon had a center console/armrest, but I kept losing stuff in between it and the seats. I either had to pry out the items (e.g. a pen or coins), or wait for them to slide under the front seats. The CRV has a really neat center console that can flip out of the way if you want to put a purse or briefcase there.

I bought that one from Zeta but it had a humorous defect. They cleverly designed the thing so that the pieces can only FIT together one way. Idiot-proof, one might say. Except that the idiot was at the manufacturer. When assembled, my armrest faced the back seat. They promised to send a replacement when I returned mine. They received the wrong-way armrest on Friday (6/30). Waiting for the replacement.

I'm sorry, but that armrest looks aweful. It doesn't match in color and especially design. I ordered the Zeta piece. Haven't gotten it in yet, but the pics look like it is the piect the factory forgot.

You have a very good eye with the camera. Also, are those 3 pictures you referred to on the labels of Jones Soda cola or the band Jones Soda? I found them both searching.

Just got my armrest today. Same one as in the pictures posted by Nsoroma79. Took me less than 15 minutes to install and it's perfect for me. Great little storage space under the lid. Adjustable angle and can go completely vertical if needed. I find it most comfortable at a slightly downward angle. First product I received was defective but Zeta Products exchanged it promptly, even paying for the shipping for me to return it. Home runs aren't hit at every at bat. How the misses are handled are just as important to me. This is a good company to deal with.

Amen to that - I've gotten good product from bad vendors too. It's all in the way such issues are handled that makes or breaks a company !

maybe it can be found not on ebay?

the description also says no screws required, seems a little odd to me
I'll let you know how it is as I've ordered it already. should be in this week
