Armrests have no impact of refresh mode. As far as I know all other Fits and jazz worldwide have armrests and refresh mode.

It just an irritant to move you to a Civic.

Refresh Mode Not a Problem

The JDM armrest does not interfere with refresh mode. Tried it out on the weekend and it's fine. I drove from Toronto to Quebec City and I used the refresh mode on the passenger side to take a nap as my better half drove for a few hours. Nice feature!

That's very dangerous, and not recommended (check the owners manual). In case of an accident, you would have been screwed. You need to be sitting in an upright position for the safety devices to be effective.

So you were sitting up in the back, with your legs resting on the front seat? Not as bad, but still not recommended.

Does anyone have a link to the "japanese one that replaces the entire console down through the shifter?"

Thanks,

AJ-Racing just posted that they'll have the JDM one available soon, and so does collegehillshonda.com. It's more money, but you can't go wrong with factory Honda.

I ended up getting this one: Honda Fit Armrest

I believe it's identical to the one Zeta has and the one at maxdax.com. Seller was quick in responding and sending out a tracking number.

I got mine from A&J a few weeks ago. Installation was a snap (approx 20 mins) and i can't tell you how much more the armrest adds to my driving pleasure!!!

Looks nice! Is it made cheaply? How much room do you have inside it?

New style of armrest?

i came across this armrest on Ebay, looks better than the other non OEM styles IMO. anyone seen it before or know anything about it?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-H...spagenameZWDVW

maybe it can be found not on ebay?

the description also says no screws required, seems a little odd to me

The Fit Armrest - with pics

Hey guys,
I am sorry that I haven't posted my armrest. My business has been in full swing the past month with weddings, concerts, and family photos. Not to mention birthdays and my daughter getting her tonsils out!

So, here are the very overdue fit armrest photos:

This is inside the armrest. I have my ipod, phone charger, money and I could still fit more in there:

This is the armrest closed:

Armrest in up postition:

Armrest with my arm on it:

And lastly.... me enjoying my fit and my awesome new armrest!

I LOVE this thing! It was so simple to put in. I opted to not screw it into my cup holder, and this way, I can pull it out whenever I need to. Even with it not screwed in, it still holds the weight of even my husbands arm. It matches the interior perfectly, which is one thing I was concerned about. No problems there! I would highly recommend this to all of you owners out there!!! I don't know how I went without it!

Again, I am sorry I didn't get these up sooner! And Thank you again to Angelo for choosing me as the winner! I even went to the dealer to show my salesman, and he got the info and said he will pass it on to other dealers and other fit owners! I hope it will get you some business!

Lor
