Cargo cover? Hard or roll-up?

I just got my new fit and need a cargo cover. I didn't buy one from the dealer figuring they would overcharge, and I've noticed two aftermarket products: one is a hard cover with a hinged flip-up panel, the other is a roll-up model that looks like a window blind.

Anyone have any thoughts on one vs. the other? I've been thinking of getting the roll-up one because it would store easier when I flatten the back for carrying equipment, but I want to be sure it completely covers the cargo bay (ie, so that you can't even see in through the edges) when extended.

I have a Honda roll up cover. It covers completely. I got it from College Hills Honda Honda Fit Accessories - Genuine 2007 Honda Fit Interior Accessories .

I've got the roll up which I love because it is easy to get it out of the way when loading up the hatch back. Then easy to put back in the little clips to cover it up again. Easy install and well worth the money.

to me.

I like the roll up feature. I keep it open if the hatch is empty, so would be thieves would not be tempted to break in and see. Can't do that with a traditional hard flip-up.

I've actually never seen the flip up version. Got any pics or links to pics? I only know of the hard cargo tray.
