FIT audio system...base vs sport

I test drove the sport model, if I went for basic, does it still have the aux jack for a mp3 player? Since there's no cassette, my tape adapter will be no good and I'd hate to use an FM transmistter.

The base doesn't come with an aux jack, but there is a diy on the forums to put one in.
