Newbie question: How to remove passenger lower dashboard cover?

I am trying to wire in my sub, but as this is the first time I have messed with a new honda I do not know how their clips and such work and do not want to break anything. I am using the doc at http://www.bernardiparts.com/Images/..._musiclink.pdf
And it shows taking out the PASSENGER’S DASHBOARD LOWER COVER which has 2 clips in the front and 2 pins in the back. I do not understand how to detatch from pins, or clips. Any help?
Thanks,
CP

Just PULL downward where it shows the clips are. The pins on the back side are just ALIGNMENT pins and once you pull out the section with clips on it you can just wiggle the whole section around and the pins will come out of their holes. Sounds more complicated than it is. Just sneak up on it grab the front edge and be brave and pull down on it and it will just about fall out of the pin section into your hands.
