Was thumbing through the Minkara parts posts for the Fit and found this that might be of some interest to the AT crowd. Apparently, the new Fit's AT shifter and selector cover fit the old Fit (our Fit) too. The poster said the install was very easy and he's probably the first to try it it seems. JDM part#s are: 54131-TF0-951ZA for the shiftknob assy @ 3500yen (apx. $35), and 54132-TF0-951ZA for the selector cover @ 320yen (apx. $3). I assume that if the USDM 09 Fit uses the same knob and cover, you could wait and do this with that as well, but why wait?! Who's gonna be the first . . . .
