Removing center panel lower cover?

Hi,

I'm in the process of removing the factory stereo following the musiclink instructions here:

http://www.handa-accessories.com/fit/musiclink.pdf

I'm stuck on step 6, removing the center panel lower cover, specifically releasing the right clip. Looking in from the side I can see a white tab in the likely position. I've tried pressing down (and sideways in case it's a bayonet), and while I see the cover flex slightly, I've just not been able to pop it out. Can anyone offer any pointers on what I should be doing? I assume, by the lack of any results from searching, that it shouldn't be particularly difficult.

A photo of the cover removed would be really helpful so I could work out what I'm dealing with.

Thanks, B

I took that panel off the other night, in the far outer ends of the panel, I just slid a small scredriver in from the front and gently used it to pop the clip, came off fairly easily. There are scans of other instructions linked in another thread in this section.

You should be able to just put a screw driver at the front of the panel and pop the pannel out.
