I am looking into getting a single- DIN receiver for my fit, and the usb is going to be wired to the glove box, so I won't need the extra slot on the bottom to put my ipod or anything in. Any ideas as to what I could put in that slot? I really have no clue what there is, but I'm sure you guys have that figured out. Maybe a BT device of some sort?

 

The kits all seem to come with a pocket to leave your crap in. Mine filled up rather fast.

 

someone was making a mount for a scangauge. idk if it was ever finished though

 

Yeah, I mean something to replace the pocket. I'm somewhat of a messy person so if there's an empty space, I'll fill it with crap.

do they make a 2 din kit but the reciever is centered??

 

As far as I know, there are only 2 kits out there, and they both have the top/bottom layout (or the double din, of course)
