For those of you with Double DIN units

I am debating on getting a the pioneer avic-d3,but i have a question. I live in a not so great neighborhood and was wondering if there is any kind of cover or something that i could put over it so people don't see it and want to steal it. I can't tint my front windows because unfortunately it's illegal to tint them in the front... any suggestions would be welcome.

with the metra kit you get a blockout plate fabbed up. I had to do this for a Mormon client. I remove all his head units for him. The metra kit recesses the head unit a bt so if your good or have a good installer he can make you up a plate out of 1/4" MDF spray paint it black and upholster it in black speaker grill cloth and make it pressure fit. it's what I would do.
